We anticipate that you loved our new  jewelry from the store. If there are any concerns of our items purchased through the website, you are advised to contact customers services for a refund. This is only under the circumstances that the item is not worn, its in the original condition and package and is returned within 5 days of the order receipt.

Sterling Silver Range

The 925 stamps on the piece of  jewelry you’re holding is a combination of pure 92.5% Silver and 7.5% other metals. This alloy is used and marked clearly throughout our fine selection of  jewelry.

To avoid tarnishing of the Silver, avoid contact with chlorinated and non-chlorinated water as well as harsh chemicals. Customers are advised to remove  jewelry items before going to sleep to minimise the skin contact with the metals, because the body chemicals can tarnish the metals.

As our rings and bracelets are adjustable to all sizes, please do take care when handling our sterling silver. Any items that are broken/damaged (not due to wear or tear) will be assessed by our customer service team. Evidence of the item in question will need to be given along with proof of receipt through photographs. 

Plated  Jewelry

A layer of these pure elements is laced over a metal base to create our plated selection. This precious coating is prone to fading easily through wear and tear or exposure to chemicals.

To reduce the chances of tarnishing the elemental sheet, avoid contact with chlorinated and non-chlorinated water along with harsh chemicals such as perfumes and lotions. Wipe instantly with a dry cloth if the piece becomes wet. Remove your  jewelry when doing vigorous activities that cause you to sweat will ensure there is no damage to the metal. Customers are advised to remove item before going to sleep to minimise the skin contact which can tarnish the shine. Once removed place in a dry pouch or box, keep separate from other pieces of  jewelry to reduce the likelihood of scratching on other metals which cause marks to appear quicker.

Threaded Bracelet Selection

Our delicate crafted bracelets use a string to hold the  jewelry together with precise knots. Please be wary when removing/wearing the product.

Similar to our other pieces above, please avoid contact with chlorinated and non-chlorinated water as well as harsh chemicals. Customers are advised to remove item before going to sleep to minimise the chance of damages. Harsh movements when removing these bracelets can cause the string to break or frail. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or heat.

With our strung bracelet, please do take care with handling not to over stretch the elastic.
