At Gemstone USA we want our customers to be assured that our crystals and minerals are of the highest quality and have been sourced ethically and responsibly.
Over the last twenty years, we have established meaningful and long-term relationships with suppliers around the world who strive to follow the same ethical standards as us.
Whilst there is currently no recognized standard or official certification in respect of ethically sourced crystals and minerals, we ensure:
All workers involved in the process of sourcing our crystals and minerals are paid a fair living wage The working conditions are safe for all workers at all stages of the supply chain No children or underage workers are involved at any stage Nobody is forcibly displaced from their land due to our suppliers mining activities Our suppliers’ profits are not used to fund war, terrorism, or political corruption There is little or no negative environmental impact whilst sourcing the crystals and minerals.
We also reuse and recycle packaging from our suppliers and continue to make charitable donations to help support and assist the communities from whom we source our products.
